1. The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Livestock Development has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Upgrade of Livestock Market at Izom, Agaie, Kuta and Area Livestock Improvement Breeding Center at Agaie, Suleja and Bida.

Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.

2. The Niger State Project Implementation Unit, Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project now invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the above-mentioned activities in Niger State as follows;
